The spherical freeze-dried granule manufacturing system consists of the 『SprayCon』 continuous droplet freezing device and the 『LyoMotion』 drum rotation freeze-drying system. The "SprayCon LAB" is a lab-scale continuous droplet freezing device capable of continuously producing spherical freeze-dried granules ranging from approximately 300μm to a maximum of about 600μm, enabling quick and easy maintenance with 360° access.
